Our Story
Founded in 2006 in Montreal by two former Caisse de dépôt executives, Capital Boréal began as a boutique real estate investment firm with a vision to build lasting value for Quebec investors.
Over nearly two decades, we have grown into a full-spectrum diversified investment platform managing $2.4 billion in assets across six distinct asset classes, with offices in Montreal, Quebec City, and Toronto.
